Namrata joined Rosetta Capital in 2026 with 15 years of healthcare experience across venture capital, biotechnology company creation, consulting and clinical medicine. Prior to joining Rosetta, Namrata served as Vice President of Operations at Red Queen Therapeutics, a company she helped spin out from Harvard University. Previously, she was an Investment Associate at Apple Tree Partners, focusing on company creation and early-stage life sciences investments across the United States and United Kingdom. Earlier in her career, Namrata worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. She first gained venture investing experience with Flagship Pioneering and Oxford Science Enterprises, and has worked with organisations including Genentech, DaVita, and ICHOM.
